Mobile service means
maximum satisfaction

ATS Euromaster is offering fleet drivers everywhere the ultimate mobile fitting service to ensure customer convenience

People simply don’t have time to properly look after their cars

“The mobile service is becoming an important part of ATS Euromaster’s pledge to deliver customer satisfaction“
In today’s hi-tech, non-stop society we rarely have a moment to ourselves. Our days are manic, spent rushing from one meeting to another, answering emails and phone calls whenever there is a spare minute, but this means there are some things we just don’t have time to do.

During tyre checks by ATS Euromaster, at least 30% of vehicles required some form of attention, highlighting the fact that people simply don’t have time to properly look after their cars. As a result, the company has launched a nationwide mobile tyre and battery fitting service that is intended to make the lives of fleet customers easier and, more importantly, safer.

At a time when fleet managers are finding themselves increasingly responsible for the safety of their employees, it is essential to ensure drivers have a fast and easy way to access maintenance services that will not encroach on their work or leisure time.

Designed to complement an existing network of fastfit centres, mobile fitting offers the same high standards of service, but in a more convenient format. Drivers are given access to free on-site tyre safety checks, a nationwide bookable mobile tyre and battery fitting service and 24- hour emergency cover, anytime, anywhere – leaving them free to get on with their day.

One great aspect of the new mobile service is the free on-site tyre safety checks. A team of mobile technicians check the tyres of every vehicle in the assigned company car park – including employee owned vehicles – assessing tread depth, sidewall damage and looking for signs of wear and tear that may compromise the safety of vehicles and drivers. In addition, the mobile fitter will observe the condition of other mechanical parts on vehicles – brakes, exhausts, shock absorbers – and advise whether the driver should visit a centre to have their vehicle checked.

Mark Harley, Mobile Operations Director at ATS Euromaster, says: “The mobile service is becoming an increasingly important part of ATS Euromaster’s pledge to deliver customer convenience and satisfaction. The service means motorists and the company save time and money because tyres can be fitted at any time, at any location convenient to their schedules.

“The mobile service means companies can provide their drivers with a convenient, first class service that is increasingly being demanded in the face of ever-increasing workload and stringent safety legislation. We are working with a number of major fleets to further develop and improve the mobile service, because we believe it will make up to 50% of our fleet business in the future.”

Whether driving thousands of miles or simply commuting to and from the office, using the ATS Euromaster mobile service provides convenience and peace of mind for fleet managers and drivers alike.

“We were aware that many company motorists either use airports themselves or collect and drop off colleagues making it the perfect place for this service. We are hoping that if this service is a success, we can join forces with BAA and NCP to extend it to other airports in the
